ImportReady Commercial License v1.0

Effective on purchase and payment confirmation. This is the license shipped with the kit. The seller is the legal entity identified on the purchase receipt. Preview access alone grants evaluation rights only.

Standard license — EUR 149 base price

One purchasing legal entity may use, modify, and deploy the purchased version in one commercial web application, including a paid SaaS application with unlimited end users. Development, staging, and production of that application count as one project. Contractors may access the source solely to work on that application and must not reuse it elsewhere without a license.

Extended license — EUR 249 base price

One purchasing agency legal entity may use, modify, and deploy the purchased version in unlimited applications it owns or builds for clients. It may hand over source as part of a completed client application. The client may maintain that application but may not extract the kit for other applications. A separate legal entity may not share this license.

Both licenses

Perpetual use of the purchased version. No runtime activation, external license server, per-user charges or per-import fees.

Remove ImportReady branding and use your own brand.

Published bug-fix releases for 12 months after purchase. Future major releases and custom work are not included. A permanent hosted service is not promised.

Do not resell, redistribute, publish or sublicense the standalone kit, a competing import component, or a general-purpose template/starter containing reusable kit source. Public repositories may show integration code but not the commercial package.

Do not misrepresent authorship of the original kit. Preserve this license in the private source distribution.

A full refund or charge reversal ends the license. Delete the commercial kit and its source from deployments after termination, except legally required archives.

The kit is provided as-is, without a promise of fitness for every dataset. Server authorization, input validation, data protection and backups remain the implementer's responsibility. Liability limits and consumer rights are subject to applicable law; this license does not remove mandatory rights.

There is no client-side DRM. The purchase record is proof of license. A signed license certificate is generated by the included commerce service after verified payment. No rights are granted by a forged certificate or unpaid checkout.

Preview code and demo are supplied only for evaluation. Commercial deployment requires a paid license. The seller's legal identity, contact, final tax treatment and refund terms must be configured before live sales.
